We took our Dodge Neon in a few months ago because we had a sensor that needed to be replaced. They charged us an outrageous amount and the next day the light was back on. We took it back to them and they said it was a ""different"" sensor but they ""only ""charged us $100 to replace it. This week we took our car back to give them one more chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! We had an oil change and asked them to give us an estimate on the brakes. After paying $47 for the estimate we decided to wait on the $600+ it was going to cost us to get everything fixed they were saying needed to be. My husband was replacing the front brakes himself and one of the lug nuts was stripped. When I took it in to them they said would be $100 to take it off and put a new bolt and nut on there. I told them just to take the lug nut off and we would deal with it from there. After paying ANOTHER $47 I find out the they just broke the bolt off instead of actually taking the lug nut off as directed. Needless to say we will never go back there again and hope that others read this and take warning.
