I'm not sure what happened with the other people who had a bad experience, but Text Xpress worked with my financial aid, and saved me money. The staff was down to earth and extremely helpful, especially the pretty one with the curly hair! Don't let a few bad apples scare you away! I will continue to buy my books with them and save money.
