I was recommended to Keener Autobody by the guy who does my tuneups. I have had several horrible things happen to my car, like accidents, so I have used them 3 different times. Every time Jim goes out of his way to make me happy. His wife has even given me a ride to the shop, so I was able to meet her.
I can't say enough great things about Jim. Once in a while I have to wait an extra day to get the car, but I never worry about that. All the paint jobs always turn out satisfactorily. Jim is an excellent person. He is very conscientious and does above and beyond what you ask him to do. He also works well with my insurance company. I am very pleased.
