Luke, the general manager was so amazing! We bought our tickets at fandango, but got the wrong location completely. Still same theater chain. Our fault sorta. I put in the right location, so i just assumed anything it popped up was right, and we are new to where we live so i didn't realize it was wrong. When i got the confirmation is when i realized the mistake. It took me a while but i finally got the fandango number, but that was a waste. There is absolutely no way to talk to a real person. E mail only! so we call our bank, and then the theater we got the tickets to, and then finally our local theater. I was having party, that was just getting started, and had leave to go physically get the tickets. That was horrible, but when i got there the manager did ask to see confirmation of the sale just asked what time and how many. that is it, and then gave me the tickets. He didn't have to do that. I was suppose to go get a refund from corporate ( that would have been i nightmare), but he just did it at his level. Plus second night of harry potter so it was crazy. We plan on returning just because of him more
