I was having issues with my web browsers and error messages/loading issues even though my internet connection was fine. I was referred to Tech Service 2u through a friend and talked with Mark. He was very patient and calm, asked me some background information, and remotely walked me through each download and step to get my connection back up to speed and to fix the issue with the resolve proxy/resolve host errors I was receiving. I've been to a few squad type services with other issues where I felt rushed, so I was grateful that Mark was so patient and talked me through the issues.
