Dr Panzer was not my first eye doctor, but he will be my last. I wish every professional and service that I employed did it as well and as thoroughly as Dr Panzer does. I don't know about you , but I am so sick and tired of poor customer service and half assed services. I am always well taken care of at Dr Panzer's. All eye doctors are NOT the same. I had to find out the hard way, so if you are reading this please learn from my mistakes and see him... I apologize for the pun, but you won't be sorry. It is clear that Dr Panzer cares. He cares that you are seen quickly, he cares that you are dealt with professionally, and he cares that you are taken care of. He listens, he doesn't push and most importantly - thanks to him I can see clearly.
And not just me, I have recommended him to everyone that needs eye care, including my mother who has many health issues. Not only does Dr Panzer treat her respectfully and expertly, he cares enough to look beyond his charts. He has called her months after an exam when he discovers new information, even an eye exercise that has given her more comfort with less drops.
And he has state of the art equipment that fully examines your eyes. I was expecting to just read charts and hear ""is this one better or that one?"" Well he's got a lot more going on than that. Machines that make me confident that my eyes are well taken care of. And you can tell that Allan really examines the findings to make sure you get the proper diagnosis.
Add a nice selection of frames and an attentive staff and well, at my age a regular eye exam is necessary but now it isn't a pain.
He has saved me time, money and heartache, I couldn't ask for more. Now if I could just find a cellular phone service that treated me this well....
