I recently was in charge for getting a new copier and the process turned out to be horrible. I thought contacting our current vendor, Canon, would be easy but the rep and their manager were way too pushy. They delivered a demo system that was dropped off without any training and took 3 days of calling for an IT person to come out. By that time, I lost all patience and had them pick it up. I will not work with them and have tabled the project for a few weeks.
