I tried Joann for the 3rd time last week for foils Brazilian Blowout and cut and I have to say she is so creative! Since my first visit with Joann I have been stopped on a weekly basis. My blonde high-lites look so natural and the cut is edgy and classy at the same time! I love her personality, fun, energetic, creative and her knowledge is beyond anyone I have ever met.
