STAY AWAY!!! After a wreck, I selected this shop because they were a State Farm ""Select Service"" location. Took my 99 BMW in for minor body work on front end. When I got car back the door locks & windows would not work. Never had a problem before. These components were not part of the accident. I was told with such an old car, sometimes things just stop working. It is probably actuator and I would have to pay for the repair. It is a coincidence that it broke down while at the shop. They TOTALLY DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY for the problem. Not only had the car had not been vacuumed (as required for Select Service location) it was INFESTED with ANTS. When I informed them, the rep looked in car and asked if I had food in car-NO, I did not!!!!! The stripping around the driver's door had been torn off and headlights were aimed at the ground-NOT so you could see ahead of you. I had to spend my time taking the car to my regular mechanic who found the tech. at Marietta Collision had broken a piece in the electronic window/lock control assembly when they took door apart to match paint. Then, they tried to bill State Farm for what their tech messed up and me for rental car charges. My regular mechanic fixed all the problems.
Classic Collision was uncooperative when I was there & informed them of these problems and they never contacted me to apologized for problems/inconvenience.....nothing. This was a HUGE hassle!!!!!
Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
