I had the worst experience I have ever had with any type of business at ""Mr. Sharp"". My wife took her kitchen knives (a $200 Cuisinart set) in for sharpening and when they came back, the knives were so badly done that about half of them were ruined. Also our steak knives that weren't previously serrated came back with serrations (without our consent). When I took them back to try and resolve our problem I was met with hostility and accusation. I was told ""Well they still cut, right?"" and the old lady there accused my wife of being a liar. The only thing I recommend is to stay away from this place! It is run by the rudest and most dishonest people I have ever met. Now I have to replace the knife set and I'm out 80 bucks for the so-called ""sharpening"". Take your business someplace else!
