I don't think they are very honest. My dad passed away 2 years ago and we took a truck load of stuff to them. We didn't know that they are supposed to tell you approx. how much they will try to get for your items. There were no records kept. They just gave us a handwritten receipt of the things we left. 6 months later, I came back into town and called them. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Luckily I still had the list of what I gave them. This guy kept telling me to call back later. When I called back, they said ""oh yeah, well, we will send you about $150.00."" I have a sick feeling that they made a fortune without letting us know what we could get.
