I wish I could give 0 stars. \r

The week of November 1st 2010, my MIL took my daughter to this store to buy an outfit for her ballet class (top, skirt, tights, shoes, the works!) As they were trying on clothes, my 3 year old needed to go potty. The clerk REFUSED to let my child use their bathroom - in spite of the fact that they were about to make a purchase in the store. \r

Can you imagine turning down your bathroom to a toddler? It's not like my mother-in-law was asking to use the bathroom - they denied a child. My MIL promptly left and we will never return. \r

If they can't see that the customer (a child!) is the most important thing, they will never see a cent of my money. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with this store, and hopefully will save you a wasted trip. Give your business to a store that cares about customers, not just your money.
