I had been awaiting receipt of a very important letter and contacted Bobbi to find out if it had arrived. He checked my mail, reported that it had arrived, offered to fax it to me which he did instantly , and sent it to me by UPS overnight. I appreciated the great customer service, can do attitude and effort to please.
