Took my 2 westies there. Their cuts were TERRIBLE. One has a fu-manchu and the center of his head is almost buzzed, but his ear hair was left long. Both were shaved down their backs and half way down the sides with clipper lines all throughout and both had a ring buzzed around the base of their tails. My husband picked them up. I called back to complain and was hung up on. She stated she has 10,000 customers and I was the first complaint. I find that hard to believe considering I was able to get an appt the day after I called. My oldest westie is 5 yrs old. This is the first time the cuts have been so bad that I have complained. I will never go back.
