I recently signed up with ADT and am satisfied with their installation and service thus far. While in the process of deciding providers I requested multiple quotes. I am really upset with the way APX operates.
Since requesting the quote they been hounding me and tried to pressure my wife into believing we signed a contract. What a bunch of high pressure jerks; I would steer clear of this company. The reason I backed away from them was because of their completely one-sided contract terms. I advise staying away from APX even for a quote!
