My experience with Monroeville Glass Block Co.was very negative. Friendly professional installers that came to my home to evaluate the job. Lousy customer service.Lousy inner office staff with attitude. Misplaced my estimate. Never showed up to do the job as scheduled.. When I called to complain they told me if I didn't like it go elsewhere. Cannot be trusted to provide service on time. Too many other good companies in PGH to put up with them.
