Kelly Wheeler and his helper made my parents 60th wedding anniversary a very special occasion for my family and myself. This very special occasion was handled with the utmost care in making it a very memorable event for my folks who could not have been happier. I am sooo glad I entrusted this once in a lifetime event to Kelly because he came thru with better than expected results.
