Tom's Elite Carry Out is a lovely East Nashville dive. On my first trip to Tom's they were accepting cash only (the machine was down), and they were out of everything to drink except sweet tea (which is fantastic). When Tom's runs out of brisket, pulled pork or their juicy fall off the bone ribs, they do not make more. They start the day off with a certain amount and sell everything till it is gone. I guess you never know what you are going to get (unless you call ahead). Their spicy bbq sauce is fantastic. Best ribs I have ever had. I definitely recommend it!
