Usually, I come to Mignon for dinner, but the last time I was in town, our server mentioned a weekend brunch- we didn't even know they offered one! We came in on Sunday Morning and apparently we were the only ones left out of the dark! We sat on the patio and quickly ordered mimosas. Our server was Mike and he was friendly and very attentive. I ordered the crab benedict and my partner ordered the seafood crepes. Neither of us were disappointed. The hollendaise sauce complimented the crab and my eggs were cooked exactly how I had requested. I stole a bite of my partner's crepes and the seafood was fresh and light and very flavorful. Instead of ordering a dessert, we shared the pancakes. They were light and fluffy and the pears that topped them were sweet and tender. This may be my new favorite brunch spot. Make sure to sit by the water- the view is awesome!
