Captain Jacks boat sales took from me $300 to keep my boat on their lot. their promise was to keep my boat clean and to start it regularly to keep the engine in tip top shape. In three months time, my boat has been washed TWO TIMES and started ONCE. Who knew regularly means once per three months. They also lost parts from my canvas top and didn't replace them and lied to me that they had the parts in stock and would replace them. in addition, they let my battery go dead, which i had to replace.
