I came in to get my car serviced in the middle of October 2010, I walked in around 830am and asked the girl at the front counter (who i believe her name was Renea or Desirae) if she could get me a sales person because I wanted to look at vehicles while I waited for my car because my car was falling apart. She was on her cell phone and I waited for about 5 minutes before she acknowledged me, when she did, she snapped at me and was very rude, saying that everyone was in a meeting and I would have to wait. So I waited. I was sitting on the main floor and a man came down yelling and screaming at the sales people. I later found out her was the General Manager-Ryan. A very nice sales person- Amir finally helped me out. I looked at a few cars and he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I was ready to buy a car from him but then I decided it was time to leave when we came back inside and he went up to speak to Ryan about what I had liked. Ryan yelled at Amir and told him to stop being a p*s*y. I got called down to the service drive picked up my car and later bought a car from GO Honda. If you're in the market-this is NOT the place to go. They are rude, unprofessional, and the ""management"" screams obscenities at their employees while customers are around!!!!
