Helping the Disabled with a stomach churning problem 11/26/2010

Last Tuesday I was gifted with a basement full of sewage and a really tight schedule I really could not cancel. I am disabled so I really cannot access the basement except to about the 4th step but I needed to go NO further to see the MESS!! I called roto-rooter they were so gracious and agreed to come between Noon and 2pm since I had an unchangeable appointment that morning. I was home at Noon and they had left a message asking me to call-They were in the area and headed my way.\r The young gentleman who arrived (I was so so embarressed by the smell eminating from my house) was so gracious and jumped right into action to access the situation. His name is Nick Asbrock and the man never stopped until he resolved our problem inspite of what a ""dirty"" job it is. He first presented me with an estimate and what could possibly be coming based on the current situation. He had to bring 2 auger inside and he augered all lines and all the way to the street. Of course you can't say no to the estimate what else can one do but leave it in its terrible state-not really an option. The one machine he had to take to the basement weighed over 250# but he took another as well and used both he rec a product Pipe Shield which we now are using monthly to prevent a repeat . The final bill was very high but what can you do, Nick doesn't set prices-just a really bad time of year with Christmas-Oh well now my Christmas gift list is done they are all getting a cleaned out sewer line. Nick did a tremendous job and he could not have been more professional and polite to the old disabled helpless lady. Thanks Nick and Roto-Rooter more
