I felt like a parent trying to keep a child on task. I had to call them twice to make an appointment. The first time I called, they took my information down and said they would call me back..one week passed and NO CALL! I called back. When the repair man finally shows, he Identified the problem and called the manufacturer for the necessary part. I waited 2 weeks and received NO CALL! I call to check up on the status of the part ordered. They apologized for the wait and asked if they could call me back after they check on the part.. NO CALL!! I call back the next day only to have Them tell me that the company no longer makes the part and my range is unrepairable. I call the company to double check, THEY HAD THE PART ready and waiting for A-AA to contact them ( I guess they don't know how to use a phone). I contact A-AA to see what they had to say about it. They told me it's not their fault, the part company should have contacted them. They refused to take responsibility (even if it were only to calm me down, because I was so vexed by the situation), Instead the general manager refused to do business with me because of the ""Bad Blood"" between us. NOT HAPPY! more
