My car which had been broken into was returned full of broken glass. My dog jumped into the car and cut her foot. The return of the car was delayed multiple days because the wrong part was delivered twice, which forced me to extend my rent a car and incur a greater than 100 dollar cost because of the delay. When I complained the employee at the front just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. It was extremely frustrating and not only will I not come back, I will go into detail explaining my experience to others. I went there because my new car through Hyundai goes there, the only way I will return is if I am forced to. The only professional I dealt with was the manager.
