I purchased a wireless headset from these guys via eBay. The device was defective. After trying to work with them to get the device working, we were not able to and they agreed that I could return the device for a refund. The device was returned to them, and more than 3 weeks later they still have not processed my refund, and they are no longer responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
