car needed an oil change so i took it to spitzers, like i always do, and was pleasently surprised by some new faces. jeremy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. paul explained the extra repairs i needed like a pro and even took me out to the service department to show me the bad parts. greg took the time to just stand and talk to me for a few minutes while they washed my car, (for free), which made me feel all the more welcome. i will never go anywhere else.
