My boyfriend and I went here with some friends one night. A couple days later, he was looking at his bank account and saw that they had added an additional charge of $30 to his card (separate from the tab he signed for).
We called and were told by the manager Carrie that it was our problem and someone else must have skipped their tab. (This wasn't true -- we checked with our friends and they had all paid. The tab she claimed was unpaid was actually paid in cash, and he had even received change. Possibly the waitress, Traci, pocketing the cash?) Regardless, it's illegal to add unauthorized charges! She refused to refund us!
We had to call back twice and threaten to charge the restaurant with fraud before she agreed to refund the charge. 3 weeks later, she had NOT refunded it!
Thankfully, my boyfriend's bank removed the charge when he called them. But it doesn't make it okay that this restaurant commits theft and fraud!
Definitely do NOT go here!
