I wish I could rate them a big fat minus 100 for the poor and second rate work of their groomer and the response of the store director James to whom I complain to afterwards. I took my puppy to be groomed he was shaved to the skin. The groomer said their was matting but during the winter months to shave a dog to a 1/4 inch of his skin is abusive. I asked to have his hair cut from his eyes and it was the only hair she didn't remove. I was told my puppy would be the only one being groomed for the time he was their it which was a lie. The the groomer tried to sell me a sweater and new brush for my puppy talk about adding insult to injury.
