I started going to Method Evolution's Boot Camp over 3 years ago. I had always been active but just couldn't shake the last of the baby weight. Along with a change in my dietary intake, boot camp helped me drop that stubborn baby weight and then some. My body completely transformed, and I lost several pant sizes. After my second baby, I had 30 lbs to lose when I went back to boot camp. That baby weight is history too. My stamina and strength have increased as well. The workout is tough, and it is also a lot of fun. Each class is different, and you never know what JC has up his sleeve for that day. Method Evolution's Boot Camp is in my blood and part of my life. I can't imagine doing anything else.
