It's unfortunate you had such a horrible experience at this store. I had nothing but a good experience at Once In A Lifetyme and I would hate to see your review scare people away. You obviously have a lot of anger and you sure let your personal opinion of the employee's be known which in my opinion is completly vicious and individually attacking each employee. Did you ever consider the treatment you say you received might have something to do with you and how you portray yourself.
