The previous reviewer obviously wasn't happy, because he didn't bother to follow the policies that most stores have in place to protect their customers from fraudulent activity. I've probably spent over $1K at this store in the last year, and never had a problem returning anything (yes, most stores will ask for a receipt...wouldn't you expect?). I've shopped Lowes and found their customer service and employees to be less well-informed for the most part. I enjoy this store and have found all the associates to be friendly, courteous, and very helpful.
