I have to say, I used to love Famous Footwear, but when purchasing the New Balance Men's MO 650 - I received a shoe with very cheap quality - it fell apart in only 2 weeks - the front seems started to rip and ... separate on the right shoe. I was shocked with Famous Footwear customer service did not stand by the product that they sold me (both Kayla and Kyle) seemed so unhelpful. So here I am - with a shoe that has only been worn to the office that is now falling apart and a negative customer service experience. I've been burned by my experience with Famous Footwear.
