Honest, reliable, technically advanced, responsive, fair. What more can I say. In this day and age businesses are cutting back on service and charging to much. Innovative is proactive in working with me and others. If there are any issues they are handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I can recommend and feel comfortable that Innovative will meet or exceed anyone expectations for a fair price. also Innovative will recommend great ideas to improve the generally accepted status quo on installations.
The only recommendation I would have is just a thorough testing before the tech leaves to help eliminate call backs.
