My friend got an email from Texas de Brazil with a deal that they have going on this month.,november,2010.We call,made reservation asked about the price and got there .Everything looked ok until we got the bill.We were told one price on the phone,around 30 bucks but when we got the check was 90 dollars.
Both the manager and the General Manager ,Calin didn't even listen to what we were saying and said that we are wrong that he never said that price on the phone, his exact words,..,; WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO????? THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO,.YOU NEED TO PAY IT!!!!!! RAISING HIS VOICE,.
Now we all know that no matter what, the client is always right,that is how they train you but apparently not at this restaurant.
To show the difference,we had a steak at the TEXAS LAND&CATTLE.Took a bit longer to bring the steak
and the steak was well done but we requested medium rare.
The manager came over said we are sorry for this and the meal is on us.
Now that's how the Manager of any decent restaurant should be
