They get your money and then disappear for weeks at a time. You can complain to the Ohio Mobile Home Commission but they side with David so unless you get everything in writing, including how long it wil yake to set your up back up you will be out of your home sevdral months! He has several complaints with the BBB and a couple people have sued him for their money back. I would not reccommend this guy
