Poor attitude so called owner(BOB) claims to be owner,Company profile says James Sisco???Any way the so called tech Perry came out to fix BOBS FIRST SCREW UP, AND THEN HAD TO COME OUT ONCE AGAIN TO FIX HIS OWN SCREW UP. Total of 3 visits for a thermostat ,long story short I now have no A/C and poor heat. Bob was contacted and he had no idea how to correct problems ,He and Perry made ,and hung up on my wife ,he ran away like from the issue and did not act like a honorable business man . I also had Perry admit to me he was not schooled in Heating and only had on the job A/C experience . I would not recomend this company ,all they want to do is sell me a airhandler after they disabled mine ,all I needed was a thermostat repair in the begining of this horrible nightmare..
