Had a slight problem with Kenco's plumbers and thought I would give Ken Vernon (The owner) a call and express my thoughts. Instead of trying to calm a consumer he was very defensive and obnoxious. Said he heard all he needed to hear from his people and that was that. So I am not sure why he called me back. In any event he is not ""User friendly"" and would certainly not reccommend him to others. He is expensive, and a ""Know it all"" He is a kid of 47 and has little respect for anyone much less himself. What a pogue. ""STAY AWAY"" from Kenco Plumbing. You have been warned!!!
