I have recently made a purchase in BrandsMart- Ten days after the purchase the TV screen would ramdomly shut off- I called the cable company and the problem stoped- It recemtly happened again once again I called the cable company to my surprise I have just found out that the TV was the problem- I returned to BrandsMart with my TV to exchange it to the same model but a ""functioning one ""- I have been treated like a third class citizen and futhermore was left with the same TV that i would have to repair- Be carefull to a) what you are purchasing b) ambiguouse refund policy-
