I pre-arranged for service from this agency to arrive at 745 pm. They called at the moment my pet was injected (so that we missed her passing) to say they were not coming until _the next day_. We said this was unacceptable, and that they needed to find a way to come that evening. They said they would be there 3 hours late. We waited and the driver never showed a second time, nor had the courtesy to call to say they were running late again. After sitting alone with the body over 3 hours, we had to take our pet to the hospital ourselves around midnight. The driver eventually showed while we were at the hospital, but we didn't know it because we were not home nor did we have our cell phone on. I had to speak to them 2x to request a refund. When the refund came through, it was only a partial refund. When I called a third time, they were still insisting on charging a full fee even though they were unprofessional in how they handled their commitment and communications, and never performed the service they were contracted to provide. I do not recommend using this service.
