My experience with Lone Star Flooring was horrible. We had a new home built and picked out a very expensive carpet from Lone Star Flooring. It was installed and a few months later the seems started to come apart and everytime we vaccuum, the filter gets clogged up with fibers from the carpet. We called and talked to the owner and he assured us the problem would be corrected. Now, 3 years later, the seems still have not been fixed and the vaccuum cleaner is still getting clogged. We bought the expensive carpet hoping it would last but we are very disappointed. I called repeatedly to try and have this corrected, reported them to the BBB, but evidently if the company pays their high dues to the BBB to be a member the BBB won't even listen to the consumers side of the story! The owner eventually stopped accepting my phone calls nor would he or management return my calls. I will never use these people again.
