As with any place you go out to eat at, if something is not right (to tough, bland, etc.) you let your server know the problem and get it right. I have been a Sonnys customer for more than 18 years now. I had only had to talk with the manager on 2 occasions all these years when I didn't get satisfaction from my server. Remember your the customer and its your money you are giving them, so if your not happy, let them know and give them them a chance to fix it (they are usually very polite about making you happy).
