DO NOT USE GLASS DOCTOR OF EASTON 11/13/2010

I would leave a rating of 0 stars, but site doesn't allow it. In my experience with Glass Doctor A Plus Tint, the satisfaction level is well below zero. I ordered a large, single pane of tinted safety glass for use in a ""three season"" room. Pane arrived not tinted. Glass Doctor wanted full payment anyway, and told me to contact A Plus, as they were the ones who do the tinting. I withheld tinting portion of payment, should have withheld entire payment. I did not hire A Plus, I hired Glass Doctor and was told that the tinted pane would be delivered and installed. Kept getting the run around from Glass Doctor, calls to A plus were not returned. Clear pane remained for approx. 18 mos. Contacted Glass Doctor again dangling another job and more money hoping that first job would be completed, and new job would be satisfactory. Other window companies would take take the job, as the ones I contacted only dealt in energy efficient windows (this is an unheated, uncooled ""three season"" room, do not need double pane, low E, argon filled, etc.) GD assured me no problem on new job, and that first job would be completed. Tinted first panel. Delivered 6 new panels and secured them to the outside of my house with flimsey plastic clips. Two of the panels were installed ""inside out"" with the weather stripping facing out, and none of the panes are sealed. One of the panes ""fell off"" my house and broke. There are large gaps between the window frames and the house. Calls have not been returned. Station manager of a local radio station contacted Glass Doctor on my behalf. I received 2 calls after that, telling me that they were working on the fabricating the new pane and would have everything installed properly soon. It has been over 30 days. more
