Horrible experience! I would never recommend that anyone use these guys. He is the most rude and insulting person I have ever been in contact with. Our machine did not work...period! We left numerous messages on the emergency number with no response. He got the messages 24 hours after the party ended, once he got back in town. When I talked with him the following morning, he said it was not his fault that he was in a location where he did not have cell coverage. When I told him I had already called my credit card company and had the fee reversed, he proceeded to call me an a*#hole! When I told him my father-in-law, father, and mother in law all tried to get the machine to work and failed, he told me they were all stupid and not capable of reading plain English. When I told them the chairs were not cleaned and one table was broken, he said that was a lie. He also called my wife a liar over the phone. I wont even go into the story of how rude and insulting he was when he arrived to pick up his stuff.
