REceived a rock chip in th driver's side windshield near the rearview mirror. Took the car in as a walk-in and had to wait over an hour even though the shop was quiet and the repair staff was all just hanging around talking. When they finally took the car in, the repair people were laughing and joking around. When I got my car back, it looked like someone slathered vaseline on the windshield on the spot that was to be repaired with the chip still fully visible. I was not amused and contacted the manager, who said it was the best they could do.
