My husband and I could not decided exactly what computer to buy and so with our own admission, did several returns and exchanges at different Best Buys. When my husband attempted to either return or exchange our last item, he was treated like a criminal and was humiliated beyond belief by one of the managers at this Best Buy. She rather strongly intimated that we were somehow scamming Best Buy. She told him that it was ""people like us"" that makes Best Buy charge restocking fees. She told him that she was e-mailing the other Best Stores in Tucson so they could watch out for us and our supposed scam. She did not want to refund the money but finally decided to do so but on her terms. She refused to give my husband cash as part of the refund and instead put in on our card. He walked out that store feeling like he was a criminal. I would never go to this store again-evidently their managers are allowed to take matters into their own hands and judge people.
