Being an employee of the company for over 7 years, seen the angry impounded vehicle customer many times. Carlos forgets to mention his rudeness and insults on the phone when he couldn't understand the basic driving directions he was given, forgets he flipped off the male clerk in question (no longer employed here), and then drove his truck threateningly at said clerk. He was also lucky not to be reprimanded or arrested by police. Skin color is not an issue...any customer of any business who is derogatory towards a service employee should be wary of a corresponding change in said employee's attitude.
