We purchased extra things for halloween this year. While in the decision process, we asked if we could bring the extras back, as long as they were in the original package and unopened accompanied with a receipt. She said yes, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the items but it will only be for an exchange. That would have been fine, we like to use them throughout the year. HOWEVER!!!!! When I called the store to make sure the drive wouldn't be wasted, I was told they don't accept any returns or exchanges after the 31st. So, I am not sure how I can bring the extras back after halloween if they stop taking exchanges/returns on the day of halloween...Doesn't sound like we will be using them anymore. I will use the specialty store online. It is more of a hassle but I can return any unused product with a return!!!!!
