Wow, I wish I'd thought to read these reviews! I took friends' recommendations & totally regret it! $65 for alterations on a bridesmaids dress; and she wouldn't even use their coupon that came in my mail between the time I dropped it off & picked it up! I know it SAYS must be presented with incoming order; but I've NEVER had a Service Business refuse before. Then, I got the dress home & realized she'd put it on a clippy hanger that's crushed the top, so now I'll have to steam it before the wedding. Also, she didn't take off the plastic snaps, which I asked her to remove, since we're not using the detachable bow on the back of the dress. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD TAILORS IN NEWPORT BEACH. I wish I could give negative stars.
