Customer service was good, however products need more descriptions. For example, I ordered goblet pleated panels, and the "goblet" pleat was just a piece of tubular cardboard, and they were huge! Which was definitely not in the description.
Also, my roman shade is beautiful, but the dimensions were reversed. (width should have been length, and vice versa)
I will order again, but inquire further into the product before ordering.
