Good for replacing, not for installing 11/7/2010

No job is too small. At first we were very happy with the staff, including the salesman, project manager, and installers. However, some details (both major and minor) were overlooked during the course of the project that we feel a competent and professional contractor would not overlook. Most glaring was the lack of foresight regarding the plumbing where the new window was to go. Obviously without the architectural plans it is impossible to know exactly where pipes are located inside the walls. However, as the master bathroom is directly above the wall in question and an external faucet is on the side of the house near the new opening, plumbing should have at least been discussed and possibly included in the estimate. As it stood, we were caught by surprise and the result was an additional ~15% increase in the price of the project. more
